Sefu Troy Dunwood has been a member of the Hung-Sing club since April 1982,continuosly practicing his Hung-Sing Choy-Lee-Fut along with other disciplines that he has learned over the years. He has recently turned to a aspect of martial art within the last few years, and that is the production of good quality, clear instructional DVD's.. Sefu Troy teaches in Oakland, California and has been for many years this gentleman also tends to keep a low profile and just loves the art of Gung-Fu, he does not believe in critizing other people good or bad he just works hard.
